Main Responsibilities

  • Design all promotional and marketing materials
  • Take the design “brief” to record requirements and needs of the company
  • Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Amend final designs to marketing team comments and gain full approval
  • Work as part of a team
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirement

  • Graduated Bachelor Degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or other equivalent
  • At lease 2-3 year of work experience in Graphic Design from the relevant industry
  • Excellent in Design Application and other photo-editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Light room
  • Good commands in English Language
  • Excellent in time management and organizational skills
  • Be exceptional in creativity and innovation
  • Passion and driven attitude toward the excellent outcome
  • Patient and open to any constructive criticism
  • Be reliable in team, always willing to support and learn new things
  • Commits to Company’s Mission, Vision and Core Values

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AP/AR, issue invoice, Cash In/Cash Out, payment collection/withdraw,
  • Manage the monthly bookkeeping.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
  • Good understanding general bookkeeping principles,
  • Maintaining organizing inventory and company assets,
  • Monthly Taxes Declaration tasks
  • Manage all tasks related accounting field.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least bachelor degree in Accounting or another related field,
  • Minimum 3 years with working experience in accounting,
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill,
  • Good command of problem solving and interpersonal skill,
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office,
  • Well organized, honest and highly committed in long term career with company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Control A/R and A/P;
· Making payroll for all staffs;
· Issue invoices and receipts;
· Go to the bank to deposit and withdraw the money in the bank- Prepare the tax document;
· Go to tax department;
· Prepare daily payment-Bank reconcile;
· Control fix assets work sheet-Prepare balance sheet and income statement;
· Manage all tasks related accounting field.

REQUIREMENTS
