Microfinance institution Bayon Credit Plc announced last Monday its new shareholders following the sale of its 100 per cent stake to Cheng Fung Investment and Netgold Investment. The transaction took place on March 2 and was concluded on October 1 this year. At the same time, Bayon Credit said it held a blessing ceremony for its new 19-storey office tower, located at 342 Monivong Blvd, corner Street 288, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang 1. Bayon Credit, which boasts six branches in major provinces and supported by nearly 100 employees, have more than 2,932 loan clients. Its new registered capital is $3 million. Photos supplied.
